Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about grandparents, however her grandmother who was a well-known bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s has been credited for inspiring her passion for fitness. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since a young age. She started swimming lessons at four years old, and continued for another 10 years. She entered numerous competitions but was never dedicated enough as she wasn't ready to go on a strict diet so that her body could give the best. It is believed that she was popular in high school due to her stunning body and attractive appearance. But, it's not certain if Ashley had a relationship during this time. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she would not enroll at a university. Instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she was not happy with how her body was looking. Her grandfather advised her to join the gym. However, she heeded the advice of her grandfather to start slowly. Little did she know that she'd spend the next nine years sculpting her body before becoming an fitness icon. Motivated by her victory Ashley participated in her first competition at 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships with a seventh-place finish. felt energized by what she considered was a defeat and went on to work out even more. In 2015, she competed in the WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition was over Ashley realized that she did not want to compete anymore. Although she had been receiving requests for photoshoots while competing Ashley did not want her two jobs to get combined. When she quit competing, she turned into a fitness models. A cover shot in one of the most popular fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness model. Modeling career has grown since then. Models have modelled in bikinis for renowned fashion brands, and appeared on the covers of popular magazines.
